just simply exchange the entire faulty
equipment for a fully tested working
item.
The
answer is yes we can, and it works
on a very simple process. You tell
us the Dell Workstation or Laptop
you require, and if it is available
from stock or a close alternative
we will offer you a price to purchase
the item.
If
you place an order with the Dell Parts
exchange service we will take payment
and send the equipment to you usually
within 7-10 days, and we will require
the faulty equipment to be sent to
us within 14-days of receipt of the
replacement equipment.
