Our IT support model although focused on Dell products, do also service across all the major technology platforms, networks and vendors to enable us to offer an IT support service specific to your network requirements.

The Dell Parts Centre's customer service desk is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week and our nationwide onsite field-based engineers located in 96 service centres across the UK, ensures fast resolution time and improving our customers uptime, availability and overall operational efficiency.

The Dell Parts Centre operates a voucher system where clients only use the support vouchers when needed. This removes the need of committing to lengthy expensive monthly contracts and ensures that support services are only used and paid for when absolutely necessary, yet having the guarantee of a fixed service level agreement when you most need it.

The Dell Parts Centre operates in 4 core areas of support. 1) Remote support offers engineering assistance remotely to any failure that can be resolved over an Internet connection. 2) Hardware support offers a vast network of onsite field based engineers to diagnose and resolve any hardware issues. 3) Software support offers a vast network of onsite field based engineers to diagnose and resolve any software issues. 4) Warranty support offers RTB workshop repairs outside of expired warranties with fixed service level agreements.
